120 vendors will be accepted, including up to 5 nonprofit organizations. Accepted vendors will be posted on the website by June 15th.
Once vendor selections have completed, we will reach out with more information and provide a link for payment.
All unaccepted vendors will be placed on a waitlist. If accepted, waitlisted vendors will have 48 hours to respond to our email and submit payment.
Previous vendor participation does not guarantee acceptance in the 2026 festival.
No network marketing vendors, no commercial businesses unrelated to art or food.
Changes from past years:
Artists are not guaranteed specific booth placements within the festival grounds
One artist per booth. No shared booths
No vendors on marina pavilion
Assigned unload times (if setting up the morning of festival)
Designated parking for vendors
No refunds on booth payments
